大埔友介紹有間隱世日式鐵板燒喺太和,今日就去試下~ 的確幾隱世,要按門鈴先開門😅 餐廳坐位不多,要試好嘢記得要訂位~ 咁好feel當然要飲返杯啦🍻 叫左兩位都是“入門8道菜廚師發辦套餐”$688 先來個前菜煙三文魚沙律配上泡泡沙律醬,視覺上更勝一籌👍 乳酪parmaham墊底的是新鮮菠蘿和濃濃帶肉的菠蘿汁 鐵板燒東星斑和活鰻魚東星斑皮厚有嚼口,肉嫩,魚味濃~厚厚的燒鰻魚冇得輸,點整都好味,鐵板燒更香😍 南非鮑魚和牛油蒜蓉扇貝鮑魚肉質爽口彈牙,牛油蒜蓉跟扇貝是絕配,味道超夾😋😋😋 宮崎縣厚切黑豚排其貌不揚厚厚的一塊排,但原來肉質極嫩,肉味濃仲好juicy添👏 秋田縣雞排雞皮煎得好香脆,但又吾會過火,火喉拿捏得不錯👍 最後還有果腹的炒飯,但我只食了一半,因為已經好飽,還要留肚食甜品呢😅 吉士十勝紅豆可麗餅可麗餅比薄餅更薄,餡料十足,滿足第二個胃,Sweet ending 😍
