To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 上星期阿媽仲話要去拜年,所以去咗太和阿姨嘅屋企。難得去到咁遠,夜晚約咗好多年冇見住太和嘅朋友見面,佢提議去首爾食飯。呢間舖頭如果冇細心留意,行過門口都唔覺。店面有啲暗,裝修唔係好靚,但係一行到入去,所有姐姐侍應都會好熱情咁招呼你,店面好乾淨。一坐低就有韓式泡菜同埋芽菜,芽菜麻油味好香,泡菜唔鹹又唔太辣,非常開胃,口感好好。我哋叫咗牛肋湯配白飯、甜辣醬炸雞、同埋韓式香腸炸年糕。牛肋湯味好濃,冬天飲暖笠笠,真係好正,入面仲有白蘿蔔、韓式粉絲、牛肋骨煮完湯都仲係好有牛肉味、配白飯清甜中帶濃厚嘅肉汁,真係一流。至於甜辣醬炸雞,睇個樣就知道好好食,不過有幾舊雞好似比較肥,但係整體個好掛醬汁,甜辣,適中,真係好送飯。食到咁上下,腸仔炸年糕都上埋嚟,開始飽飽地,不過好有驚喜。由於賣相太吸引,忍唔住食,相都唔記得影。有辣甜辣醬同埋蜜糖俾我哋揀,因為炸雞食甜辣醬,所以年糕就揀咗蜜糖。腸仔同年糕配合得天衣無縫,腸仔好脆皮,配埋蜜糖,以為自己啱啱去咗BBQ。年糕經過咋,外邊皮少少趣一啲都唔硬,咬落去仲保持到年糕嘅煙靭,再加埋外層嘅蜜糖,真係停唔到咁食。三樣餸加埋都只係$200 ,晚餐嚟講,真係抵到冇得輸。不

我哋叫咗牛肋湯配白飯、甜辣醬炸雞、同埋韓式香腸炸年糕。
牛肋湯味好濃,冬天飲暖笠笠,真係好正,入面仲有白蘿蔔、韓式粉絲、牛肋骨煮完湯都仲係好有牛肉味、配白飯清甜中帶濃厚嘅肉汁,真係一流。

至於甜辣醬炸雞,睇個樣就知道好好食,不過有幾舊雞好似比較肥,但係整體個好掛醬汁,甜辣,適中,真係好送飯。
