To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日遇到隱世高手,叫咗幾個餸,樣樣都係水準之作,而佢嘅咕嚕肉同白胡椒煎魚卜更真係屬於天花板級別,大家有機會真係要試吓。先講咕嚕肉,我問老闆娘點解咁好食,佢話原來佢地係用新鮮豬肉去做,唔卦之得一咬落去真係有唔同嘅口感同味道啦。佢嘅咕嚕肉炸得火侯啱啱好,外層雖然已經落咗汁,不過仍然保持微脆,而裡面嘅豬肉真係軟熟有彈性。仲有佢個咕嚕肉的醬汁又真係做到拔絲嘅狀況,老闆娘仲話佢地連菠蘿都係用新鮮嘅,真係非常有誠意。至於個白胡椒煎魚卜就真係勁,白胡椒香得黎又可以闢走魚卜嘅醒味,可以話係一石二鳥。佢嘅魚卜煎到表面微微燶,令到個魚卜更加香口,好掂,呢兩個餸餸飯真係一流。
