Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

開關後D加拿大親戚返香港探親，同佢地食飯要食中菜，於是就帶佢地黎呢間試一試。佢地個個都話菠蘿咕嚕肉好食，佢嘅咕嚕肉真係做到皮脆肉嫩有彈性，D汁又唔會整到個咕嚕肉淋晒，D菠蘿仲係新鮮菠蘿唔係用罐頭菠蘿，水準之作。蒜蓉粉絲蒸青口蒸得好鮮嫩，啱啱熟所以好Juicy，真係做到鮮味加滋味。黃金豆腐粒有驚喜，入面舊豆腐好滑，係一個非常正嘅小食。蝦乾蒜蓉蒸勝瓜又係好好食，佢D蝦乾都幾大隻，好香蝦乾味。將勝瓜粗鞋部份切走，所以食落去好嫩。樣樣都好食，個個都食得開心。
