整個壽司都由師傅安排,調好味,再介紹~安排由淡身魚開始食,用當造&高級既食材。好似間八,本身就係高級壽司食材。第一次食類似油甘魚既質地,但肥美好多,好特別;帆立貝亦用了昆布漬調味,帆立貝好新鮮柔軟,入口層次豐富;岩手縣石坦貝,肉質爽脆,廚師彈一彈佢仲會彈起。😆吞拿魚亦都有中拖羅 ,大拖羅,醬油漬三款,大飽口福
