今日收到張傳單 見到荃灣開咗一間日式串燒店價錢合理 加上好耐冇食過串燒 就去試一試餐廳主要以黑白色為主非常乾淨光猛餐廳大概有10張4人枱左右落單係用QR code黎掃唔會漏單而且大部份都有晒圖片圖文並茂 最先嚟到嘅係飲品要咗一支津露茶同埋薑蜜樂薑蜜樂味道有少少似可樂味軟糖咁 少少酸酸地 但又甜絲絲 好得意又幾夾而且每台仲會送一客前菜而家嗰晚係醬汁蒜頭沙律蒜頭經過醃製之後唔會食到好嗆喉嘅蒜味但又會保留到蒜頭嗰陣爽爽地嘅口感池魚唐揚每一條池魚都炸得鬆脆可以連骨咁食 非常香口上枱時熱辣辣 趁熱食特別脆 燒墨魚頭: 墨魚頭爽脆 一串有六至七粒燒雞肝:咬落沙沙地嘅口感 唔會燒到過老鹽燒五花腩:Juice有肉汁 食落啖啖肉燒雞軟骨:調味啱啱好 咬落彈牙燒雞心:又係咬落煙靭咁 雖然冇雞腎咁爽口,但因為圓形一粒粒嘅關係食落口會彈下彈下咁鹽燒牛骨髓:第一次食燒嘅牛骨髓 意想唔到係咁好食,面頭層膜煙煙韌韌咁包住滑脫脫嘅骨髓佢唔似打邊爐時個口感一pat pat,反而有啲咬口燒白鱔:燒到塊皮脆脆地,但啲肉又好嫩原條肉碎茄子平時食開嘅燒茄子會俾啲孜然味蓋晒但呢間餐廳係用肉碎食到茄子嘅原味,再加上肉碎甜甜地嘅調味

但呢間餐廳係用肉碎
食到茄子嘅原味,再加上肉碎甜甜地嘅調味

原條嘅燒黃花魚唔係周圍都有得食
陳魚皮燒到香口脆口
但魚冇過熟啲魚肉依然嫩滑嘅
配埋個泰式醬汁酸酸甜甜咁
同朋友食都讚不絕口

呢間日式串燒店睇得出佢對食材嘅用心
下次一定會再試其他嘢食
