To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期六下午約咗朋友喺中環食lunch, 佢喺附近返工，話有間法式西餐ok, 就一齊去咗食。龍蝦湯龍蝦味好濃，仲有兩塊蒜蓉包送，配埋湯食好夾。法式焗蝸牛蝸牛調味幾好，食落仲好彈牙，下面仲有creamy嘅薯蓉，一齊食味道唔錯，口感更豐富。慢火煮紅酒和牛面肉配法包和牛面肉好軟身，果然係慢火烹調，紅酒汁好入味，用法包點汁就可以食盡精華。日本鮮帶子檸檬汁初榨橄欖油意粉帶子好大粒，意粉嘅質感煮得幾好，唔會太硬，亦都唔會太軟身，檸檬汁好突出，雖然有落初榨橄欖油，但食落都唔算好油膩，份量都算幾大份。酥皮蘋果批配雪糕甜品有驚喜，廚師畫碟好靚，蘋果批好香，未上枱已經聞到浸香味，食落好鬆化，上面嘅蘋果唔會太甜，配埋果仁雪糕食啱啱好。朋友嘅介紹果然冇錯，如果冇佢帶路都唔會食到呢間隱世高質餐廳。
