To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

已經係第二次幫襯呢間居酒屋,第一次只係同同事叫lunch set,有許多選擇:刺身丼,肥牛udong 🍜都不俗。第二次係朋友生日飯想試單點既菜式,才發覺第一次真的錯過了許多美食。我的No.1👍🏾俾呢道厚揚炸豆腐,十分出色,外表酥脆可口,一點也不油膩,中間的豆腐很厚很滑,放上木魚絲、蒜泥,再沾上梅味,即使是油炸物也感覺零負擔!原隻魷魚🦑煮得岩岩好,唔似有d地方overcook會好韌,最特別係配以Squid liver醬,所以鮮味十足。豬鞍則燒到十分嫩滑,肉色更呈粉紅色,真係第一次見,配以山葵柚子泥,清新、口感一流!最後點咗乾魚籽伴蕎麥麵🍽,乾魚籽分量有誠意,建議沾柚子汁食更清新。本身滿心期待想試海鮮茶碗蒸同maple syrup toast with cheese 🧀🥯🍯 聽講係招牌菜,可惜午市有時不供應,唯有下次再嚐。

原隻魷魚🦑煮得岩岩好,唔似有d地方overcook會好韌,最特別係配以Squid liver醬,所以鮮味十足。
