To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

比較有特色,好少會食到此款法式食品,牛骨上邊放上火腿鹹鹹地配襯骨髓,火腿的肉汁已滲進牛骨髓之內。牛骨髓相當豐富,一啖啖放入口好有骨膠原。😋


日本鮮帶子檸檬汁初榨橄欖油意粉
帶子好大粒,有淡淡檸檬味道,帶子質地嫩滑意粉彈牙,吃上口感覺好康。


法式地道鴨腿配鴨油煎薯仔
鴨腿外皮脆口乾身,骨和肉之間容易分離,薯仔也滲出鴨油的味道。


酥皮蘋果批配雪糕
啖啖蘋果肉,酥皮脆口;一冷一熱雪糕入口即溶化。
