To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雅緻的西餐廳晚上和友人在旺角這潮流商場内這家幾雅緻的西餐廳食番餐，堂座外又有窒外露天座位😀坐下侍應送上歡迎贈飲(Welcome drink)， 酸酸甜甜略帶冧酒味，好醒神😃餐飲選了: 朋友的白餐酒 (I'm your Organic, Virua & Sauvignon Blanc)，口味適中我點的Treasure 是無酒精飲品 (mocktail)，賣相好吸睛，有桃汁，蜜糖及青檸混調， 甜潤清香😀餐前小食: 法國生蠔， 生蠔味濃郁，加些少檸檬汁， 入口滑嫩😋頭盤: 煙燻熟成三文魚牛油果沙律， 傳統蛋黃醬汁，配上鹹香三文魚， 配合牛油果油香，一道開胃菜😋慢煮法國黃油雞及煙肉意大利飯: 雞肉火候好，入口嫩滑又有質感，意大利飯用上意大利煙肉(pancetta) 鹽香味夠，面放乾紅辣椒， 添加飯粒味道😋今餐主角: 炭燒350克美國極佳級牛肉眼扒: 炭火烤至五成熟，伴上炸 薯條，雞髀菇，肉眼扒肉質十分討好，有油份而不肥膩，入口咬落肉味香濃😋已經肚滿了，甜品放棄吧😀
