Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚幾個餸之中最令人surprise嘅就係個集眾極品雞，雞味香濃，一d都唔肥，因為我地人唔多，所以老闆娘建議我地叫半隻就夠食，佢嘅半集隻都幾大隻。有埋雞內臟同半個頭，貨真價實。高湯浸絲瓜清清地，估唔到啲絲瓜刨晒皮之後會咁滑，因為無味精所以個湯都可以飲埋，d金蒜都好食。呢個係冷盤小食，叫川椒豬手，啲豬手好入味，另外雖然話係川椒不過又唔係好辣。佢嘅豉油王炒麵炒得好乾身好夠鑊氣，唔算太油，麵上面加咗芝麻零舍香。
