禁堂食前夕,我帶朋友去咗銅鑼灣嘅日式串燒店食晚餐。「Rerere1001日式串燒」位於亨環22樓,亦即係頂層。大廈位置係喺F出口由京華中心(前Victoria’s Secret)直行到尾,路程五分鐘內,幾方便😉。餐廳防疫做到足,店員除咗指定動作量體溫外,亦會用噴霧幫客人全身消毒👍,令人好放心。再者,廚師同店員們全程帶住口罩,環境亦好整潔衛生。一坐低第一樣吸引到我嘅事係個餐牌,因為面頭寫住我個名🆔,感覺餐廳好重視客人!原來我打電話訂枱時,店員問我個名點串係有原因。未幾店員就問我哋之前有冇食過,然後再介紹菜式,我哋一於聽店員嘅話,嗌餐廳嘅招牌菜啦😜!明太子沙律拌炸紫菜($68),🥗明太子同炸紫菜放入一個雞尾酒杯嘅器皿內,同我想像中完全唔同🤣。因為落單時我幻想菜式係以炸紫菜做底,上面則塗上明太子醬。然而實際上明太子係以粒狀嘅形態呈現,個樣有啲似薯粒,口感超爽口,好得意,味道就微微辣,好開胃。留意番,明太子粒應該有成廿粒以上,所以我哋由頭食到尾先食得哂😎。但放喺後面嘅炸紫菜就麻麻哋,唔脆身,唔知係咪因為我哋放落咗先食?北海燒原隻帶子($68),帶子連貝殼上,但廚師會先行將佢切粒煮熟。店員介紹正

一坐低第一樣吸引到我嘅事係個餐牌,因為面頭寫住我個名🆔,感覺餐廳好重視客人!原來我打電話訂枱時,店員問我個名點串係有原因。未幾店員就問我哋之前有冇食過,然後再介紹菜式,我哋一於聽店員嘅話,嗌餐廳嘅招牌菜啦😜!

北海燒原隻帶子($68),帶子連貝殼上,但廚師會先行將佢切粒煮熟。店員介紹正宗北海道做法係會濃味啲,所以主要係食佢嘅口感。店員果然好熟悉菜式😳,帶子嘅味道如佢所述,由於用上大量嘅沙律醬煮製,無可避免係會遮蓋帶子原有嘅鮮味,但正正就食得佢煙煙韌韌嘅質感。再者,其實我唔覺得濃味,因為我好鍾意食沙律醬。

雞先定蛋先($48),餐廳部份食物命名好有趣😝,呢道菜式嘅「雞」係指免治雞肉棒;而「蛋」就係伴隨嘅醬油蛋黃沾汁🍳。依個配搭係完美組合,無得輸,但我哋略嫌雞肉棒嘅黑椒落得太重手,所以辣咗啲。雖然而家都好食,但如果雞肉棒加埋雞軟骨就能夠進一步提升口感。

串燒方面🍢,(由圖左至右)我哋要咗豚肉蒜心卷($38)、和牛蛋卷($88)以及串燒芝士獅子狗($32)。先講第一樣,朋友食完第一句嗌好辣啊,辣味源自蒜心,我就覺得OK👌,如果用煙肉應該會更重鹹香。和牛蛋卷賣得貴,但真係好好味😋。蛋係溏心蛋🥚,外面包住牛肉,夾埋味道層次好豐富。最後,芝士獅子狗就正正常常啦,不過夠熱,所以芝士好溶🧀。

由於朋友係雞翼怪,所以我哋追加咗今翅大獲鳥($38),即係燒雞翼,一客有兩隻🍗。雞翼簡簡單單用鹽燒味道已經唔錯,而且唔會燒得太乾。

冷烏冬($42),🍜烏冬細細碗,但相當有驚喜。雖然餐牌冇寫係手打,不過憑佢粗幼不一嘅造型,我相信係自家製。可能係凍食嘅關係,烏冬口感嚼勁十足,但係又夠滑身,令人食上癮。呢個口感我冇喺其他地方食過,我超鍾意。

飲品方面🍶,我哋要咗鍛高譚梅酒($58/杯)同埋沖繩菠蘿酒($58/杯)。兩杯味道各有特色,而且都係易入口的,酒味唔會太重,又夠冰凍好飲🤤。梅酒嗰杯味道幾重山渣味,而菠蘿酒就非常清新🍍。後尾追加咗杯大關桃梅酒($65/杯),味道幾好,但由於係桃味🍑,就比起頭兩杯冇咁特別。

環境方面,大廈樓層面積唔大,所以座位唔太多,但我哋都坐得好舒服😙。餐廳位於頂樓並配合埋落地玻璃,客人可以一覽銅鑼灣鬧市嘅景色🌃,景觀開揚。

我去洗手間嘅時候發現原來餐廳有個露台仔,有張打卡搖籃櫈以及少量室外座位,宜家呢個天時坐應該會好清爽。今日更好好彩哋見到大大個圓圓月亮🌕。

總括嚟講,依間日式串燒店喺各方面都令我哋好滿意,整個用餐體驗好開心😁。除咗食物好味之外,環境同服務亦都係重要嘅一環。樓面得一位女店員,佢非常忙碌,但仍能夠保持禮貌,十分專業!題外話,單憑餐牌都睇得出餐廳用心經營💕,因為餐牌設計非常精美,每一版都畫上老闆定店員嘅卡通公仔。有見及此,我專登影低晒每一版上載同大家分享。推介⭐️!
