To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 難得一見的美味粵菜昨日和朋友到此聚餐 菜式一如既往般好吃風沙雞 蒜香而不搶鮮味 皮脆而不膩 雞肉鮮嫩牛油煎飽魚 牛油味令到本應無味的鮑魚變得充滿風味 酥脆的外皮配合軟軟的鮑魚 口感非常豐富黃金涼瓜 鹹蛋黃中和了涼瓜的苦味突顯其回味 令到小孩也容易入口魚翅非常足料 湯汁鮮甜 酥炸白飯魚及鮮魷 香口而脆口 又不會滿盤子也是油豉椒炒蜆 蜆肉新鮮鮮甜 醬汁不會搶過蜆肉的鮮味 反而突顯蜆肉的質素餐廳食物質素頗高 在我以往吃過的粵菜餐廳裡可以排進前五名 相信會再去多幾次
