To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大懵的我忘記已經點了高湯松葉蟹鉗餃,只記掛著車爸爸喜歡吃灌湯餃,所以一看見這個鮮蟲草花海鮮灌湯餃$78便即時點了它,但也不要緊這兒的點心那麼好吃就算點多一款湯餃也不會嫌多的!

很喜歡豬手的質感軟淋度恰到好處之餘又炆得入味,另外墊底的生菜和蓮藕也不是省油燈,索盡豬手的油潤非常入味很好吃,最重要是吃下去不會令到我有膩感,蘇師傅的功架絕對毋庸置疑的好。
