Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

鮮菠蘿拔絲咕嚕肉果然係招牌菜，真係好好食，佢能夠做到外脆內軟，唔會太乾身，入面舊豬肉仲留有少少肉汁。另外新鮮菠蘿味道果然不同飯響，成本高湖但係味道好令我非常鍾意。呢間嘅小炒王都做得好，佢唔似出面好多地方咁樣用啲餸頭餸尾加啲韭菜腰果就話係小炒王。我最欣賞佢個小炒王入面有炸脆咗嘅芋頭絲，好食，另外佢個蝦乾又唔會太硬太韌咬唔到。金樹安格斯牛柳粒看似平凡但係味道非常出眾，尤其是係個薯仔，炸香咗再同啲安格斯牛柳粒一齊煮，吸收晒啲牛肉味，好正。三個餸看似平凡但係真係做得非常出色。

 呢間嘅小炒王都做得好，佢唔似出面好多地方咁樣用啲餸頭餸尾加啲韭菜腰果就話係小炒王。我最欣賞佢個小炒王入面有炸脆咗嘅芋頭絲，好食，另外佢個蝦乾又唔會太硬太韌咬唔到。
