2nd Course : Homemade Lobster Bisque 龍蝦湯🦞/ Creamy tomato mint soup 薄荷番茄湯🍅: 法國餐最重要就係個湯底,龍蝦湯香濃無比,加左牛油果容喺入面🥑增加左清新口感!至於番茄湯一樣係好濃郁嘅酸甜味道,配左自家製番茄乾同薄荷口感更細膩!

🍷頭兩個course,配合店員推薦嘅白酒一齊飲~來自法國嘅Lotus Bechtold月蓮,帶點白花、青檸和少許蜜糖的香甜味,尾段的少許回甘,好適合食東南亞菜時飲!

3rd Course : 🦐Carabineros fresh egg pasta made in front of you 紅蝦蛋黃意大利粉🍝 : 由主廚喺open kitchen整嘅全蛋黃意粉,加入 🥂Chanpagne Gratiot Delugny ‘’Blancs de blancs’ Millesime 2004” 炒嘅矜貴紅蝦🍾️非筆墨形容嘅鮮甜,蝦味香濃又爽口,蝦頭更加鮮甜無比!

4th Course: 🥩 Osso Buco 慢煮牛膝/ Braised Lamb Shank  紅燒羊腿:兩款主菜都用左慢煮48小時小以上去煮,所以牛膝同羊腿都勁入味,牛膝牛肉味香濃軟嫩,肥瘦均勻完全唔韌,配菜有蔬菜同煎到好香口嘅薯粒,加埋黃咖喱一齊食勁惹味!

羊腿嫩而不膻,脂肪較少,肉質比平時食嘅口感更扎實🥔配埋紅咖喱同薯蓉食簡直無得彈!

🍷食肉當然唔少得紅酒🍷來自法國嘅 “Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Beaune 2018 Sous La Muree” 帶點酸甜果香,配埋肉一齊飲~完美!

5th course : 🍮Banana pancake香蕉薄餅 / Crème Brulee 焦糖燉蛋:主廚師即席為香蕉薄餅搓餅皮~將個餅皮飛上飛落!未食先興奮!上枱時配埋雲呢拿雪糕加mixed berry foam🍓,酥皮薄脆可口,內裡香蕉軟綿綿,一個甜品多重口感超好食!

至於焦糖燉蛋一樣係無敵好味,面層焦糖薄脆,下層燉蛋香滑無比!總括黎講,全晚都好貼題,既Luxe,又好comfort,大滿足嘅一餐,絕對會推介比朋友!
