同男朋友差不多相識了一年,一直都好想同他食廚師發板,我亦經常不經意提起,今日終於等到了。他向朋友取經,最後決定帶我來到這間位於港島的日本餐廳。門口叢林亭院擺設好靚,俾我的感覺好幽靜舒服。裏面樸素簡約,擺設唔花巧,坐得舒適寫意。只有一張浪波型的壽司吧枱,亦係我最想坐的位置,因為可邊食邊欣賞師傅的手藝,是我最期待的一環。睇咗嗰menu,晚上廚師發辧($1880/位),師傅話內容大致喺咁,一定有多無少,就興奮。前菜好精美,一共有四款,有芝海老、昆布包櫻鱒魚、數之子和白現貝。最鍾意係數之子,啲魚籽極之爽脆,仲甜甜地。蜆清湯好清晰,見到大大隻的蜆肉,又肥大又鮮美,正!師傅話無落鹽,所飲到都係蜆的鹹鮮,再加埋片柚子皮,清新鮮味,正!輪到我最期待的刺身,好興奮!今晚有櫻鯛、白蝦、八間、赤貝和白子,五款都令我難忘。初初見到師傅切八間,我仲話係油甘魚,好瘀呀!食落去八間果然唔同,魚味重,又油又香,正!第一次食白蝦,細細隻,又黏滑又鮮甜,撈啲芥末食又有唔同,特別!和食就有三款,每款都係用心之作:1)白海老增夫:炸得好靚仔,成件金黃。原來用咗40幾隻白蝦加蛋整成,真係估唔到。口感好輕盈,味道好鮮。2)昆布醬
