To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時搭車經過都會見到好大個招牌「容記小菜」趁落左風球,專登帶埋屋企人黎試下結論係,最啱一大班人黎食我地5個人,叫左5送1湯如下:拔絲鳳梨咕嚕肉薯角牛柳粒椒鹽脆皮鮮淮山西蘭花花枝珊瑚蚌揚名國際燒肉(細)西施海皇羹(例)第一次黎,覺得每個餸嘅實力都算平均咕嚕肉雖然外皮無好脆,但選料嘅豬肉帶少少肥,唔太瘦,啱晒我,唔太酸所以都好好味牛柳粒好淋、無筋亦無overcooked而靭,但全晚最好味我覺得係啲薯角!(澱粉人)勁入味!燒肉雖然「揚名」,但只係正常發揮,唔係每件都仲脆皮,不過叫「細」都幾大碟每碟份量比正常多少少🤏 大家唔特別大食的話,叫4送都夠,寧願唔夠再加!落左八號波 仲可以食得咁豐富 又唔洗等位 已經好滿足 仲有其他餸想試

第一次黎,覺得每個餸嘅實力都算平均

咕嚕肉雖然外皮無好脆,但選料嘅豬肉帶少少肥,唔太瘦,啱晒我,唔太酸所以都好好味


牛柳粒好淋、無筋亦無overcooked而靭,但全晚最好味我覺得係啲薯角!(澱粉人)勁入味!


燒肉雖然「揚名」,但只係正常發揮,唔係每件都仲脆皮,不過叫「細」都幾大碟


每碟份量比正常多少少🤏
大家唔特別大食的話,叫4送都夠,寧願唔夠再加!


落左八號波 仲可以食得咁豐富 又唔洗等位 已經好滿足 仲有其他餸想試
