6月之星生日, 相約一班女友人共同慶祝, 由於我們人多勢眾, 餐廳安排左張大臺於中間, 未能近距離欣賞港島區既美景.high tea tower送上, 每款有2件, cakes/scones/macoron/sandwich/puff 等等.先講鹹點: honey roast ham w whole grain mustard and pickles on rye bread- 火腿冇蜜味喎,冇咩好講smoke salmon roll and horseradish lemon creme fraiche- 三文魚籽鹹鮮味突出, 個卷軟熟, 但冇檸檬味.bacon leek quiche and mini mushroom flatbread -哩個幾香菇味, ok.chocolate walnuts scone, cotted cream and seasonal jam -scone可以啦, 但唔夠鬆,有dd硬. jam & cottrf cream都正常.之後食甜點: blueberry meringues-白色棉花糖狀既野,一口咬下太過甜了, 似硬左再凝固既糖霜, disli

strawberry and chestnut puff-賣相討好, puff一般都係配cream 或雪糕,佢配上chestnut 醬, 口感特別
home made mable cheese cake -芝士味濃,cake好軟身, 太細件了,想多食幾口.
passion fruit mousse -酸酸地,初時以為係mango mousse,好在唔係.食過多款甜點後,這個balance番個味雷,幾開胃.
chocolate cognac truffles-對太heavy既朱古力短一向怕怕,這個係甜,但冇乜層次, 唔識欣賞.
mini sponge-太細件,食左都留唔住個味.
daily macaron-脆脆地, 我食既應該係杏仁味, 甜度僅次那個白色棉花糖.
茶方面揀左洋金菊花茶,茶味唔夠,但飲落都舒服既.
以每人百幾既價錢可有咁舒服既環境high tea係值得既, 又可以訂座(最討厭要企係大堂等位又收費唔平既酒店), 只係服務態度一般, 唔太主動加水,笑容都麻麻. 當日整天大雨露台關閉, 室內都有好多吉臺,既然唔太忙就好招呼d啦.我們一行8人冇放飛機之餘仲有留credit card no.作deposit架.

電話訂座都至少等3個月, 上到去又唔full, 下次可試下walk-in, 話唔定有位.
