九月第三個星期二晚上,尖沙咀。跟這兩位好友通常吃火鍋,很久沒有吃過串燒了,想起之前去過一家在銅鑼灣,專門吃豬串燒的居酒屋,他們說原來在尖沙咀也有分店,下班後我們就過去來個豬串夜。店裡到處都可以發現小豬們的身影,牆上有一塊豬形木牌標示每個豬的部位,以木製傢具作為主要裝潢,燈光柔和舒適,整體讓人感覺放鬆。甫坐下,服務生先送上一份蒜子蕃茄沙律,原來是奉送的餐前小吃。原個日本蕃茄去皮上桌,鮮甜多汁,配合酸汁跟蒜茸,酸酸甜甜,口味清新,作為開胃小吃實在不錯。點了一盤五款刺身盛合,裡面有油甘魚、赤蝦、帶子、三文魚跟海膽,豐富又新鮮,海膽鋪放在青瓜上,帶出海膽鮮味。來居酒屋不能沒有清酒,餐廳供應的清酒種類不少,我們其中一位很懂清酒的朋友就點了一瓶七本槍純米14度原酒。這款是冨田酒造旗下的低酒精度作品,帶點米麴類香氣,清淡而輕盈,但是搭配刺身跟燒物卻能發揮意想不到的效果。開始串燒了,先是七味燒豬心,厚切而且鹹香軟嫩,Q彈又爽口,灑上七味粉,佐以清酒吃到停不下。燒羊肩肉,吃羊最重要的是羊羶味越重越好,這點是我們非常欣賞的,肉質美味香嫩,滿桌羊香味聞到就覺得幸福。燒豬皮,有別於外面吃到的豬皮,燒得外面微脆

月見免治豚肉串,通常去居酒屋,看到的都是雞肉串,這裡就以豬肉製成卷,非常大的一串,跟雞肉卷一樣,裡面混合豬軟骨,最怕軟骨過硬塞牙,卻沒有這個問題,脆而不硬,沾上蛋漿,脆軟細滑集於一身。

林檎紅薑豚肉串,這是今晚覺得挺特別的一道菜品。林檎在日語是「蘋果」的意思,以豚肉包裹著蘋果來烤,使之在燒烤的過程中吸收蘋果汁,果香越嚼越慢慢在口腔滲出,加上紅薑,形成獨特的味道,喜歡吃蘋果批的人應該會蠻喜歡這個的。
