To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次試哩間手作珍珠既台式飲品店🥤,店內有一間專做珍珠既透明玻璃房俾大家係門外參觀一下珍珠既製作過程。而店舖除左有多款飲品選擇,連珍珠都有好多款可以選擇,好似仙人掌🌵味、焦糖🍬味、朱古力🍫味,甚至有精靈球味,真係花多眼亂。今次就試啲普通野,白玉珍珠抹茶拿鐵,半糖走冰。行開左一陣再返黎拎,估唔到咁快有得拎,但好可惜原本係上網睇見兩層抹茶同牛奶🥛分明既狀況已經睇唔到,一拎上手已經沉澱哂。第一啖有啲小失望,因為抹茶比睇起既色同想像都淡,而且比較粉好似搞極唔均。珍珠本身有少少甜味,但珍珠口感都好粉,咬到中心好似唔熟咁,好失望😣。
