To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為參加咗個活動要去西九FreeSpace，但因為OT走唔切，變咗改唔琴時間又入唔到去。遲咗15分鐘，雖然有啲唔開心，但一行出海濱見到咁靚又開心返。行行下見到Boheme Cafe，心血來潮好想食意粉，又想飲杯酒就坐低咗。好快嗌咗個Carbonara 同一杯Pinot Grigio。好耐無試過咁休閒，見到餐廳大家都好chill and relax, 係literally enjoying the time。唔知點解都會好開心，可能係餐廳環境影響，食物未嚟嘅時候我就開始畫畫。然後有waitress 嚟問我係唔係等緊人，想ensure 需唔需要幫我收一收餐具。然後食物就到了。Carbonara 係意式刀切麵/寬條麵(Fettuccine)，麵身頗厚。由於本身麵係以雞蛋麵團去做，感覺襯上Carbonara sauce 就更加濃郁。 白酒我係隨便揀嘅，想飲隻唔好太甜乾身啲嘅，咁呢杯酒麵啱你。但感覺上，我覺得會有更加好嘅配搭。Btw酒未夠凍/我擺耐了。不錯的一餐，很好的環境，記得要坐出邊就要預約。
