To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日柯士甸收工，諗住係附近搵食之際，忽然被憶食尚煲仔飯餐廳吸引，因為好奇所以一試，呢間餐廳裝修好靚，優雅嘅枱櫈及窗簾好像西餐廳嘅格局，但這間餐廳係食煲仔飯中菜，所以感覺好新穎，未食都心情好好。我地呢排想食得清淡啲，所以唔食煲仔飯，叫左個芥菜黃豆排骨煲，三絲雞絲撈麵，油菜。芥菜黃豆排骨煲好濃烈嘅胡椒味加薑，啲湯可以飲，飲完成身暖哂。三絲雞絲撈麵上枱有驚喜，睇得出廚師手藝，撈得好靚，好似藝術品咁唔捨得食，啲麵係自家製，好清香唔覺膩，醬汁配合雞絲帶來清新嘅食法。

我地呢排想食得清淡啲，所以唔食煲仔飯，叫左個芥菜黃豆排骨煲，三絲雞絲撈麵，油菜。
