To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同朋友今次嚟到TOP嘅呢間好靚嘅西餐廳食lunch，出面仲有outdoor area，室內係沙發圓枱坐得好舒服！set lunch 包埋湯/沙律、主菜、飲品，加錢可以有甜品～湯係甘荀湯，正常唔錯，甜品叫咗椰子雪糕同brownie，椰子雪糕幾出色，食到椰絲同好香椰子味。主菜方面覺得非常唔錯，先嚟一個西冷牛，軟滑而且好香牛味，煎到外脆內軟，伴碟嘅醬汁同蒜片都配搭得好好，為呢碟牛增添咗層次～另外要咗個青醬蝦肉意粉，意粉al dente，蝦嘅份量好多，而且好爽口！總括嚟講，呢間餐廳環境、食物都好唔錯，而且lunch set都幾抵食，好適合約朋友嚟食！
