To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友剛從韓國旅行回來,帶咗d手信比我。見佢咁有我心,我都搵返間好野同佢去食吓。去韓國緊係成日食燒肉,所以返嚟要同佢清吓腸胃,食返餐齋。呢間齋鋪裝修好西式,與傳統完全唔同,應該叫佢餐廳合適d。細看門面嘅單張、海報,發現個主廚好後生,仲有教人煮素食嘅網上頻道,都是fusion或較為西方風味的煮法。我地點咗兩個餐…前菜:雙薯藜麥蘋果雪泥+泰式鮮果沙律+香干拌馬蘭頭 - 第一次食雙薯❨薯仔+蕃薯❩﹐帶有少少甜味,混入藜麥、蘋果粒、青瓜粒,令佢有唔同口感,面頭加上苜蓿點綴,做得好細緻!鮮果沙律有提子、菠蘿、蕃茄、火龍果、少少沙律葉,估唔到細細份都落咁多款蔬果,加上泰式沙律醬汁,醒胃!香干拌馬蘭頭切得好細碎,巧功夫。朋友說可能加豆干,所以比較咸,但我覺得都ok。頭盤:蘆筍素香鬆苜蓿芽手卷、香芒牛油果苜蓿芽手卷,初初以為裡面會有飯,原來唔係,佢用苜蓿填咗手捲嘅空間,真係食得健康。湯品:❨最讚!❩菠菜桃膠忌廉濃湯 - 好滑的口感! 食到一粒粒的桃膠之外,其他材料都打得細滑。桃膠養顏,菠菜補鐵質,非常好的配搭。羊肚菌竹笙黄耳百合燉湯 - 豐料嘅燉湯,相信係百合令到佢有清甜嘅味道。羊肚菌可健脾益胃,竹笙黄

雙薯藜麥蘋果雪泥+泰式鮮果沙律+香干拌馬蘭頭 - 第一次食雙薯❨薯仔+蕃薯❩﹐帶有少少甜味,混入藜麥、蘋果粒、青瓜粒,令佢有唔同口感,面頭加上苜蓿點綴,做得好細緻

香干拌馬蘭頭切得好細碎,巧功夫。朋友說可能加豆干,所以比較咸,但我覺得都ok。

菠菜桃膠忌廉濃湯 - 好滑的口感! 食到一粒粒的桃膠之外,其他材料都打得細滑。桃膠養顏,菠菜補鐵質,非常好的配搭

羊肚菌竹笙黄耳百合燉湯 - 豐料嘅燉湯,相信係百合令到佢有清甜嘅味道。羊肚菌可健脾益胃,竹笙黄耳有清潤嘅功效,百合杞子有養顏作用,實在多功能集於一湯,正呀

日本南瓜鮮豆包大啡菇焗千層麵 - 豆包係好普通、普遍嘅齋食材,但第一次食有豆包的千層麵,豆包口感軟滑。廚師好聰明,因為豆包夾埋係千層麵,仲可以吸收埋醬汁嘅味道

風乾蕃茄野菜松子意大利飯配天婦羅美國蘆筍 - 意大利飯一向都係我嘅飛佛,我係度諗…餐廳用兩條大大條嘅蘆筍天婦羅放係飯面,個idea會唔會就係代替大大隻嘅炸蝦呢?個飯嘅材料都好新鮮,我地食埋呢個飯都已經好飽,好彩每個女人都有第二個胃…

檸香乳酪蛋糕 - 媲美酒店式水準,小小兩個正方體,各用了一粒藍莓點綴,視覺、味蕾都受惠

百爵紅茶千層班戟 - 班戟皮好薄呀!!! Cream 掃得好薄呀!!! 百爵茶味道令到個cream完全唔覺得膩!呢個甜品好食

欣賞佢地諗到咁多款式唔boring嘅素食法,而且材料新鮮,食完呢間素食餐廳,令我唔想再去普通的齋鋪
