To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期四平日七點未夠walk in, 門口阿叔話”冇訂枱就冇位”，但跟住聽到佢接電話同個客講可以留電話幫佢排隊等位；再有一對中國遊客入來冇訂位，又叫佢留電話排隊.. 我出聲問，先至好唔願意比我留電話排隊。接待處服務態度真係一般。臘腸雞煲仔飯：飯係冇味，要加豉油先有d味，應該係煮飯時間太短，飯完全沒有臘腸同雞味，非常失望，名過其實！臘味炒芥蘭：芥蘭勁小，唔值！咕嚕肉：味道不錯不會再去，非常失望，完全冇水準的煲仔飯。
