To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. D 湯OK, 因為多菜,味道清清地,應該無味精...肉崧豆腐呢, 我完全唔明點解有個咁既名......根本就係"豆朴", 都唔係豆腐!而且成碟送多油兼無味!我最後係用湯黎送飯,用d淡湯送飯反而仲好味過用果d小菜...佢難食程度可想而知!圖中的完成品係由mom, 細佬幫我食,否則難食到咁想我食咁多都幾難!
