To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 男朋友想食火鍋所以黎呢間試下，晏晝想打去訂位，打左幾次都冇人聽，唯有收工去walk-in啦😢7:10左右去到攞飛，要等20張，都等啦因為真係想食。見前面有兩枱人問店員仲有幾耐有位，店員話唔知，不停話得一個人執枱所以慢🙄吓？乜你唔夠人返工係我地顧客問題？個兩枱人都嬲住咁走。等到9點店員幫仲在場既客人登記，當時仲有8枱人左右，後尾佢數完人數之後話得返6張枱，叫另外2枱人離開，見人地都好唔開心走左☹️等到9:30終於有位，我問店員我地而家入座係咪都可以食120分鐘，佢係咁話自己收11點，10點半last order，唔會有補時。其實都差唔多要400蚊一個人，我地都等左唔只120分鐘啦，補少少時間都唔得？姐係逼人俾錢join你會員先有得唔洗等位食姐🥱其實你每枱食120分鐘，你自己都有數計啦，點解唔可以預早截龍呢？或者唔夠120分鐘你應該9點鐘落單個時同人講定囉😑
