To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以前喺元朗食過，已經覺得名氣大，但味道不外如是。當日想食車仔麵，睇到奧海城竟然有，即刻試下事隔多年味道有無改進。晚上八點幾，好多簡單嘅款式已經無得揀，揀左個大碗麵。買完之後又話我聽無晒豬紅，可以換豆卜或者菜肉餃一粒😖已經好失望，每次食車仔麵最想試豬紅係點。湯底我明明揀中辣咖喱，但食落似大辣辣醬，我見已經食左就算喇😮‍💨😮‍💨水魷魚好硬，好耐未喺香港食過水準咁差嘅。陳皮魚蛋唔知點解都可以比街邊腥。大腸都煮得唔夠軟腍，好似食超彈嘅香口膠咁。菜肉餃不如超市急凍的。蘿蔔可能唔當造，帶苦。最正常可能係條菜心同埋豬皮。普通屋村嘅車仔麵都無咁求其同難食，唔信嘅話買碗細嘅試下就好了。
