To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

不懂為何這裡評價這麼高,還有米芝蓮推薦。首先服務人員人手不夠,談不上服務可言,上菜又很慢,上來就是凍的。第二 菜品非常難吃 叉燒還不如街邊的茶餐廳 很大一塊 咬都咬不動 乳豬和燒鵝也非常一般 燒味拼盤300多塊完全比不上街邊幾十塊的;一份炒豆苗鹹到極點 黏黏糊糊;白肺湯很腥 什麼澳洲和牛卷又鹹又油膩 樣子非常恐怖 甜品叫了杏仁茶和核桃露 根本就是粉衝的 看不到一個用心的菜品 廚師應該感到羞恥 兩個湯+三個菜+兩人甜品 盛惠1500元 嘔血
