To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

晚上7點幾，二個人，叫干炒牛肉河，沙爹，炸蝦餅，飛天通菜，只有炸蝦餅叫正常，牛河牛肉有雪味，蘇味，柴皮咁，河粉冇乜味，通菜炒到又係柴皮，沙爹竟然沒有牛肉選擇，於是唯有叫了豬肉，雞肉，上到枱已即刻食，但只係微暖，價錢雖不算貴，期間有另一枱入座，向一名髮型特別的職員點餐，點了幾樣，望到那個職員面帶不滿，咁嘅服務態度，咁嘅食物質素，實在浪費金錢，上星期食過金寶，諗住試下呢間，簡直可一不可再，極度不推薦，
