唔知幾時先會去日本旅行,為左解決挂住日本既心情,最近就去左中環既【海言どんぶり専門店】試下佢既魚生飯啦。餐廳位於地庫、都幾隱秘下。海言廚師發辦魚生飯(特上) :呢個係店員推介既魚生丼飯,用上超過10幾款時令廚師發辦刺身,所以基本上每日都唔同,個人最鍾意係海膽、真鯛、金目鯛、中拖羅、赤身、同甜蝦,最有驚喜係鯖魚卷、因爲無乜平時食開既魚腥味。特盛藍鰭吞拿魚魚生飯:包括6款唔同藍鰭吞拿部位同做法,就算只係得吞拿魚都完全唔會膩,包括炙燒吞拿魚腩、中拖羅、大拖羅、赤身、香葱吞拿魚蓉同赤身醬油漬,肉質非常鮮甜,油脂味重。每個魚生飯都包括日式沙律、茶碗蒸同湯,呢幾樣都非常高質,完全唔馬虎。
