To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 星期日同女皇去銅鑼灣做FACIAL，兼食LUNCH，去左2000廣場，水牌醒目地推介今次食的這間日式火鍋店。一上去大門口就見到放置很多新鮮食材的雪櫃地方都算雅致很有日本風味食具都幾講究仲有一個幫你隔去湯汁的小裝置可能我大鄉里，真係第一次見點餐用TABLET，就算加茶都係午市有三款定食點完餐就送上醬料有蘿蔔茸加柚子醋，用來點菜有麻醬辣味芝士有點像腐乳，但芝士口感當然教厚實點了鏗魚湯底最特別的是紅心蘿蔔口感較一般蘿蔔多了種清新連埋烏冬食勁正以為無端端多左蝦膠，原來是由自己分配雞肉大小潑落湯中細細粒易食~之後就上不同的肉類，而且有各自的名牌。就算多人叫都不會混淆最後就上甜品埋單都算合理價錢，兩個人平均二百幾蚊。而且店員都好有禮貌，總是帶有微笑，值得一讚...最後貼下男女廁門口的日式指示牌，都幾有趣。
