To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Lunch menu好抵,所以拎左半日假去食long lunch 同埋係Ritz Calton做spa。俾左張二人枱,個位置係路口位,不過算啦,反正我都可以係做spa果度瘋狂打卡,其實係試過2次黎食tea,真係覺得全城最難食既afternoon tea就係呢間酒店(cafe 103 n the Lounge),呢度係食景,所以對呢間餐廳零期望,我諗無期望所以有驚喜。我係burrata 狂粉,合格啦,不是最出色,同埋我比較喜歡成舊上碟我自己吉開,佢呢度十字切開,賣相甘樣係好啲既;呢個menu好多魚,原來個chef漁民世家出身,佢用左本地既斑,意大利煮法,個汁好似湯甘,超級好食,用黎貼個dough bread一流,佢呢個包又係非常之有水準,我係超級吾喜歡食包既人,太多澱粉質太飽啦⋯⋯呢個包我食左半個,真係超級好食,不過我都係比較喜歡中式煮法原汁原味蒸斑,甘樣煮有啲過熟,食得出係好新鮮但係好鞋,伴碟果塊toast既seasoning同配搭又係好新奇,塊toast超油但係配搭得太好,我又食晒;食魚之前compliment from the chef有off menu意粉俾我試,果種意粉我完全未

服務好attentive,3 courses都食得太飽,吾可以成日黎,咪會肥,佢應該每兩個月換一次menu,每兩個月黎一次lor,recommended
