To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

2019年1月18日星期五今日親戚請食飯一行12人訂左八點，分開咗兩張枱先至坐得晒。人數太多比老人家坐大枱先，我哋後生嘅就坐左一張四人枱等隔離枱埋單走人。美中不足嘅係隔離嗰台見到我哋咁多人食完又唔肯走。既影響人哋做生意又阻住我哋冇得食講番啲嘢食真係冇得彈西冷牛扒。好好味口感一流。配菜加埋醬汁都十分之正呢一個係餐廳推介嘅肉眼牛扒，佢提醒我哋食完西冷再食肉眼。果然冇講錯。肉眼牛扒仲正龍蝦配意大利飯，餐廳好細心幫我地啲龍蝦斬件方便我哋share。意大利飯煮得啱啱好好味再嚟係豬手豬手唔會太肥, share 每人一件啱啱好呢一個油甘魚配意大利粉有驚喜。平時食油甘魚通常都係食刺身估唔到煎出嚟好好味
