朋友介紹之前喺紅磡食過一間好好味嘅住家式餐廳,不過可惜冇做,但近排喺灣仔開返,仲靚好多添,話一定要去試吓喎。不過openrice只有lunch menu,決定嚟食之前當然要親自上嚟睇睇個dinner menu先啦,發覺又唔貴喎,即時訂位今晚食幾個鐘後夠鐘食飯,上到嚟睇住啲蟹呀龍蝦呀喺個魚缸入面咁活潑,餓到差啲暈低!即時叫餸,頂唔順!磯煮鮑魚配鮑魚肝醬 ($118)香港不嬲食鮑魚都唔會要個鮑魚肝嘅,但呢度用南非鮑魚,水質絕對OK,所以大廚留返鮑魚肝做醬,先搽滿鮑魚再炆。之後凍食咁上菜,就咁睇好似有啲韌,所以冇乜期望。點知肉質非常鮮嫩彈牙,連啲邊位、頭尾位都非常柔嫩,就咁唔點任何鮑魚肝醬都已經非常入味,再點埋個醬真係非常好味!不過就算點努力沾醬,都係沾唔晒,浪費咗,唯有留返個醬睇吓之後食燒長腳蟹腳 ($228)聽店員介紹,呢個係每日坐飛機遠道由日本嚟嘅長腳蟹,喺魚缸睇見已經好想食,不過咁大隻,食完唔洗食其他野囉!但係又真係好想食,點算先?店員話我哋又咁想試,就問吓大廚可唔可以俾我哋散叫只有套餐入面先出現嘅燒長腳蟹腳嘞!大廚話既然佢哋新開,咁就俾我哋散叫啦。隻蟹腳有我成隻手板咁長,好吸引呀!

燒長腳蟹腳 ($228)
聽店員介紹,呢個係每日坐飛機遠道由日本嚟嘅長腳蟹,喺魚缸睇見已經好想食,不過咁大隻,食完唔洗食其他野囉!但係又真係好想食,點算先?店員話我哋又咁想試,就問吓大廚可唔可以俾我哋散叫只有套餐入面先出現嘅燒長腳蟹腳嘞!大廚話既然佢哋新開,咁就俾我哋散叫啦。隻蟹腳有我成隻手板咁長,好吸引呀!!!由於隻蟹有好多膏,所以大廚將蟹膏撈埋沙律醬一齊燒,食起上嚟啲沙律醬有濃郁蟹膏味,感覺一啲都唔單調,不過始終沙律醬嘅味道都唔輕,咁就會蓋過咗蟹肉嘅鮮味。但隻蟹腳真係超多肉,拆極都仲有,一絲絲嘅蟹肉沾滿一點點嘅七味粉

刺身併盤 ($418)
店員話所有刺身都係新鮮由日本運到,仲係幾個鐘頭前先落機!咁唔洗諗啦,就要一盤試吓。係用自家磨嘅新鮮wasabi,有誠意
法國白珍珠蠔:體積唔算好大,海水味適中,入口唔鹹,但肉身爽滑,不過對於我呢啲鍾意食超級無敵濃郁海水味嘅,呢個就唔夠滿足我了
大拖羅:非常厚身,啲大橫間紋非常明顯,肉身佈滿網紋,咬落有渣,但愈咬啲油脂愈豐富,上次識omakase後學識食刺身要係咁咬係咁咬先可以食盡肉身嘅每一分油脂,最後咬咗差不多40吓!
油甘魚:油脂唔算多,但質感軟身
深海池魚:就算咁厚切,肉質都依然爽口
三文魚:我自己就麻麻三文魚,所以感覺冇乜特別

𩶘魚湯 ($78)
奶白色嘅湯入面有我最愛嘅本菇,細心聞吓好有屋企魚湯嘅味道!入口鮮甜無味精,魚味香濃超好飲,飲完成晚都冇口乾。如果係叫shabu shabu的話,都會係用呢個湯嚟做湯底,不過就會加上其他海鮮一齊煲

慢煮八爪魚意大利飯 ($168)
平時麻麻八爪魚,仲要放上risotto,但既然大廚咁話事,咁就試吓囉!八爪魚及本菇鋪滿成碟risotto,好足料好吸引,啲飯粒仲黏滿芝士,有拉絲嘅效果,飯粒外層creamy但入面帶硬仲有啲沙沙哋嘅口感,每一口都有黑松露醬嘅味道但唔會過火;平時食八爪魚總係覺得好韌,但慢煮過後,肉質非常嫩滑,彈牙而且一啲都唔韌,連阿婆都食到!

香煎肉眼扒 ($248)
份量唔多,但煎得好靚,外層微焦但入面肉色粉嫩,切開仲有好多肉汁,感覺完全唔乾爭爭,牛味濃郁,口感結實;有驚喜嘅係忌廉薯茸,食落質感極度鬆軟,又滑又綿起晒膠咁,好味到食晒,一啲都冇剩!

鮮果雪芭杯 ($48)
真係飽了,不過都係要食甜品。賣相好可愛,係來自日本嘅蘋果雪芭,旁邊有大大粒嘅提子及哈蜜瓜。雪芭口感綿密,蘋果味道好濃又天然,做甜品真係非常合適,就算食完都唔會有好飽好膩嘅感覺!

食到咁上吓,老闆走埋嚟問吓我哋嘅意見,由於呢度係新開,佢哋都好緊張客人嘅睇法。原來佢哋兩兄妹嘅屋企係做海鮮批發,做足3代,所以佢哋可以入到平靚正嘅海鮮。除咗本地海鮮之外,個魚缸仲有好多不同種類嘅龍蝦、象拔蚌、蜆等,當然唔少得長腳蟹、北海道毛蟹、鱈場蟹及阿拉斯加蟹,一隻大到不得了嘅長腳蟹,3食大概係$2000,足夠6個大人食,睇嚟又幾吸引喎。呢度仲要環境好舒適,服務態度激好,下次約多5個人嚟,再麻煩老闆order啲想食嘅海鮮,舒服過去傳統海鮮酒家好多喎!
