未試過韓式居酒屋,因此選了 SULJIB,相比一般的日式居酒屋,環境寬敞得多,座位舒適,卡座的間隔亦能保障私隱。食物選擇與日式居酒屋亦有不同,各有特色。以為是冷盤,原來是暖的小食,豬皮比較「漿」口,一點也不爽脆,大部份豬皮仍留有皮下脂肪,清晰可見,調味非常重手泡菜及小魚前菜每位一份,相對衛生深啡紅的醃海鮮,但醬油味剛好,不會奪去鮑魚及帶子的鮮味即叫即製,香脆可口,海鮮的份量豐富,很喜歡淡一點的調味,煎餅已預切成方形小塊,十分方便進食韓牛胸肉由職員現場烹製,生熟程度可以跟客人喜好,牛胸肉菜式附有炒泡菜紅米飯,非常飽肚店長服務熱誠,耐心介紹不同酒品,還讓朋友試飲,最後點了柚子酒非酒精類的飲品選擇比較少,選了青檸梳打,算是清新之選
