是日熟成牛肉無論軟嫩程度、風味同肉汁比起一般既牛肉可謂更上一層樓🤤肉色非常粉嫩,同油膩完全扯唔上關係。

味道清淡既雪濃湯大大減低steak onakase既膩口感。入面有好多既牛肉同麵條,另外餐廳再送上一大碗白飯。對我而言,雪濃湯配上白飯先係最佳食法😋
