To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚一行4人到時代廣場12樓鍾府便飯,客人唔多。做緊乳鴿買一送一同芝麻雞,龍蝦E面優惠。外加一個蝦子柚皮,雜菜煲同大鴿飯。乳鴿同芝麻雞e面都好食,龍蝦亦比其他酒樓好,起碼有肉唔係得啲骨叫了乳鴿4隻,有個肥肥地既待應哥仔主動過來細心堂剪,剪得很專業細心。同時亦主動幫忙order其他dishes, 因為成手油不方便手機order.亦主動換碟又會禮貌交談。臨走我同佢講,佢係我近幾年見過最好的待應服務。加油。如果香港的服務業人員都有呢個哥仔既heart, 成個香港還是有希望的。
