To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐冇同老婆出街食飯啦,一早就book咗尖沙咀嘅一間廚師發辦,鮨燐。七款刺身特別想點評以下的:新鮮赤貝,加入咗青檸汁和柚子皮,非常爽口。赤崎蠔肉質飽滿,只加左少少柚子磨皮已經能把生蠔本身的甘甜味帶出,入口帶豐富的礦物味道。梳子魚透過火炙後,肉質更加細緻。中拖羅有漸變嘅顏色,特別鍾意加上咗竹炭鹽嘅味道。六種壽司方面:活北寄貝真係食過返尋味,爽甜無比,白蝦食落啖啖肉,黑鯥魚首次食,完全係充滿驚喜,魚脂好香。黎到和食嘅櫻花蝦天婦羅,混入左蔬菜🥬🍠,蝦味好香好濃身,咬落去脆卜卜,油份唔多,突顯師傅功架!湯品同甜品🍧都令人相當之滿意。
