臨上枱嘅時候廚師整咗啲柚子碎喺上邊
新鮮三文魚子逐粒逐粒拆出嚟。每年12月就已經完結其他日子都係急凍。唔使再加豉油已經調咗味,先食原味,之後就可以再撈埋下面嘅蘿蔔蓉一齊食。
廚師即場喺我哋面前將一粒魚子彈咗喺枱嗰度跟住彈到勁高,勁誇張,佢話係新鮮先至可以有依個彈力

壽司嘅調味如果想多啲或者少啲都可以專登同師傅講,佢會自己調節返

金木雕,魚皮都食到,食到皮下脂肪
鎗魷魚,切開咗一條條咁樣,更方便客人食用,入邊包咗紫蘇葉,一啲都唔韌👍🏼👍🏼

關鯖:依個係可以生食嘅,九洲的,全日本得佢可以生食,有標籤的。肉質好特別,單講口感唔太似魚


北海道嘅秋刀魚,入邊加咗薑同埋蔥。老闆話如果我都唔鍾意呢度嘅秋刀魚嘅話咁我就真係唔鍾意秋刀魚


其實一餐Omakase落嚟真係食咗好多嘢,可惜一篇只可以放少少相,而且我仲掛住食,都已經盡量記錄低同大家share但係都一定係錄唔晒
大家有興趣真係非常建議去食吓。
