Restaurant: Poke Go (漆咸道南)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 近幾年香港都好流行食Poke,Poke 中文係夏威夷蓋飯,主要食材有新鮮嘅海鮮,配上大量嘅新鮮蔬菜同埋豆類,冇太多嘅烹調方式,再加上唔同嘅醬汁。今日就試下尖沙咀依間Poke Go,餐廳環境特別,有少少去咗度假嘅感覺😄OHANA HKD108 - 食材有三文魚、沙律菜、櫻桃蕃茄、溫室青瓜、甜粟米、蜜糖芥末醬、芝麻同埋果仁。留意呢款係冇壽司飯嘅!如果想食飯可以選擇其他。因為呢款無壽司飯,所以食落嘅感覺就似沙律,配上新鮮嘅三文魚同埋其他配料,加上醬汁,有好豐富嘅口感。最欣賞就係三文魚切得大大嚿,食落超滿足!亦都吸收到足夠嘅蛋白質,如果想食得健康啲都可以考慮。不過減肥就要計埋佢醬汁嘅卡路里啦!
