幫襯過紅磡哩間深井陳記幾次,次次都係乳豬外賣,因為當年一支新冠針都無打,俾林鄭攪到無得堂食! 依家守得雲開可以堂食,多得比卡超解鎖!大大話話都有半年無嚟到民泰街開餐,疫情過後好多餐廳都頂唔住突然褶埋,所以嚟到見到深井陳記仍然營業當然開心!點咗份乳豬例牌,女友小熊要碟燒鵝飯,我點肥叉油雞飯多蔥油加鹹蛋.燒鵝皮脆鵝肉有微暖,口感比其他餐廳嘅燒鵝嫩口,分別都頗明顯.肥叉唔夠肥,口感唔夠鬆軟.油雞一流! 口感嫩滑! 同蔥油一同入口簡直此雞只應天上有!當然,居功厥偉緊係我嘅大愛蔥油啦! 蔥油味道適中唔會太鹹,一碟蔥油俾我的話已經可以送白飯了! 蔥油俾大大個 Like!鹹蛋好明顯蛋黃唔夠油,可惜.正常應該乳豬最先上,但兩碟飯都上齊,點解仲未見隻豬呢? 當上菜時就知道原因了,原來係放上個盤上,而盤底用火慶住,好有儀式感! 乳豬皮非常香脆,而用火慶住食最大影響係D肥豬肉,變得入口即溶極嫩滑! 豬肉唔需要點甜醬已經超惹味! 滿意100分! 推介!係深井嘅陳記燒鵝,最少二十年無幫襯過,女友小熊話未去過,提意星期日入去行一轉,我問邊個俾錢,佢話邊個話佢傻就請食燒鵝,但我驚話完會被佢打到傻!

點咗份乳豬例牌,女友小熊要碟燒鵝飯,我點肥叉油雞飯多蔥油加鹹蛋.

燒鵝皮脆鵝肉有微暖,口感比其他餐廳嘅燒鵝嫩口,分別都頗明顯.

肥叉唔夠肥,口感唔夠鬆軟.

油雞一流! 口感嫩滑! 同蔥油一同入口簡直此雞只應天上有!
