有5、6個人呢到深水埗最好試吓呢間星級大排檔, 呢到的招牌菜真係唔少, 而且部份是心機菜, 又夠穫氣, 真係唔易搵. 最先尼係胡椒豬肚花甲湯, 胡椒味重鹹鹹哋又帶花甲的清甜, 味道唔太濃, 花甲又大大隻, 不過都有D沙; 之後是鬼馬油炸鬼, 用油炸鬼包住墨魚滑, 脆得尼入面又軟軟淋淋又幾好食, 至於魚雲和大鱔我怕骨無食, 但都清晒碟就知是上上之選, 炸豬大腸真後好香脆, 不過這是我愛好, 不予至評, 另一招牌菜頭抽浸雞, 因為是用浸的方法慢煮雞肉保持鮮嫩滑, 而頭抽也帶黃豆香味應該是加了糖所以味道啱啱好, 不過要等40分鐘; 最後是蒜蓉蒸勝瓜是驚喜, 炸蒜蓉香帶出勝瓜的清甜. 我哋每人都是為120蚊就食到水準之作, 唔算貴, 就係坐得迫一點, 隔離枱又大大聲, 好有大排當風味 一 尼呢就要考慮埋呢樣嘢.
