To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食到心花怒放既酸辣粉

係隔離街返左2年幾工，見個mt成日一條友走去食，原來真係堅好食！第二間食既酸辣粉，一食先知原來傷心果d真係好一般，死油死辣。呢間野正呀，食落唔係太酸，飲啖湯又會酸返d，但咸味同香味做得好好，越食越麻，我叫少辣所以唔係好辣，加埋d蔥同芹菜吊一吊味，仲有小片荀同肉碎增強口感👍除左粉麵連小食都係有辣🌶️有唔辣，麻辣/滷水任君選擇。個蒜泥白肉先經典，紙咁薄，每一片都夾左塊薄薄既青瓜，入口即溶，個蒜唔喇口😋姐姐們都好有禮貌，招呼周到，下次會泥試下肥腸麵，口水雞同冰粉！呢一餐係食到心花怒放既酸辣粉，不過應該要節制一個星期at least。好啦寫左咁耐，等我繼續食埋佢（飽）。
