To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

見咁多人排隊，就即管搵日襯唔多人嘅時候試下呢間餐廳。當日唔駛排隊就可以入座，帶位嘅職員非常有禮貌歡迎客人，我地兩個人被安排左係一個三至四人嘅大卡位。我叫左豚肉飯，豚肉調味好夾又唔會咸、豚肉好嫩又多汁、日本米好好咬口又索哂豚肉嘅醬汁，好滿意呢個飯我地仲叫左個天婦羅烏冬，炸蝦好大隻但炸粉唔會太多，蝦蝦好鮮肉質夠實，其他炸物都好熱又脆口，烏冬夠滑。個茶碗蒸嘅蛋又滑又香，個湯都好多料，絕對唔係得個咸字，有驚喜。個甜品係黑糖寒天，中和番炸物嘅咸味，為今餐劃上完美的句號。值得一讚嘅係餐廳環境，乾淨又衛生，坐得好舒服。成個裝修都充滿日式風情。另外樓面的侍應都招呼周到，細心留意到客人嘅需要，主動加茶，上菜好快。整體對呢間餐廳都好滿意，亦都有一個好愉快嘅用餐體驗。
