To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 入上水探剛剛生完bb 0既朋友仔,去左lee間潮江春,好耐冇去過飲茶食點心,一埋位點左茶後,好快就上茶上前菜,前菜有咸酸菜,花生,青瓜,加左少少麻油, 咸酸菜好開胃!好, 去飲茶一定會叫勁多點心,我就不一一詳說了...反正大家都知咩味...來做個總括吧!以下食物, 你次次都要點...但其實冇咩特別...正常味..冇特別~蝦餃,燒賣,牛肉球,奶王包,鳳爪(好大碟)蘿蔔糕, 炸兩, xo醬蘿蔔糕粿,鮮蝦腐片卷...魷魚蘇仲有香芋流沙包(我以為佢係紫色的, 但原來是...灰色的..因為佢吾係紫薯...)以下食物, mama地...叉燒腸0既叉燒好似肥肉多左少少,魷魚蘇,lee度0既魷魚蘇比較油膩..粉同魷魚本尊是分開的..以下食物要比個likeeee~~但值得一讚的是那個蒜片牛柳粒非常好食!非常林身, 好有牛味...係略嫌份量太少同切得太細粒....前菜好好食, 入面有咸酸菜,花生,青瓜,加左少少麻油, 咸酸菜好開胃!平時d酒樓只會比nuts...另外順帶一提2件事..1) 一般酒樓都係用ceramic做的茶壺,lee度0既茶壺係不锈鋼來的, 導熱性能好好, 所以岩岩倒完熱水就不要掂個壺蓋,

蝦餃,燒賣,牛肉球,奶王包,鳳爪(好大碟)
蘿蔔糕, 炸兩, xo醬蘿蔔糕粿,鮮蝦腐片卷...魷魚蘇

仲有香芋流沙包(我以為佢係紫色的, 但原來是...灰色的..因為佢吾係紫薯...)

以下食物, mama地...

叉燒腸0既叉燒好似肥肉多左少少,
魷魚蘇,lee度0既魷魚蘇比較油膩..

粉同魷魚本尊是分開的..

以下食物要比個likeeee~~

但值得一讚的是那個蒜片牛柳粒非常好食!

非常林身, 好有牛味...係略嫌份量太少同切得太細粒....

前菜好好食, 入面有咸酸菜,花生,青瓜,

加左少少麻油, 咸酸菜好開胃!

平時d酒樓只會比nuts...

另外順帶一提2件事..

1) 一般酒樓都係用ceramic做的茶壺,

lee度0既茶壺係不锈鋼來的, 
導熱性能好好, 所以岩岩倒完熱水就不要掂個壺蓋,

不然會辣親手...

另外, 我地叫左2種茶...但茶壺上面完全冇標明係咩茶...

2) 好好彩坐左入房仔, 因為我地遲去..飲茶飲到4點幾...

酒家開始要準備晚上婚宴...要擺位...

出面清曬場, 我地仲可以慢慢坐...
