To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

日本菜buffet, 質素當然比普通buffet既魚生好好多. 不過以四百幾一位既價錢食呢d野, 就真係偏貴. 魚生有七款, 最好味係帶子and吞拿魚腩. 其他都係普通貨式. 最慘係唔包海膽. 天婦羅, 蒸旦既水準叫做average啦. 其他出去buffet台拎既食物就不提也罷. 或者係開頭既expectation太高啦.
