To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友生日飯,每月都要諗,今次好彩咁啱見到呢間,地方優雅得黎又食品合心水😍不過侍應方面就有待改善,可能是part time 卦,其他黑色西裝都好醒目同好Funny🤭1⃣️ Reception🧐我哋六個人8:10已到店外,當時已經有兩對情侶在等候,明白𥚃面有客而宜未夠8:30,早到咗等下先係正常☺️不過到差唔多8:25開始叫人入埸喇,好奇怪點解係佢叫佢D booking枱,而唔係問在埸外等候既顧客⁉️最好笑係個情況就係,佢會有人走出黎叫有冇陳小姐兩位,我哋朋友幾個互望都覺得點會咁叫架,兩位陳小姐,大把都係咁訂枱啦🤦‍♂️跟住叫兩位Ivy Chow,我咁啱有個朋友就係叫Ivy ,又係姓周,不過我地唔係兩位,同埋今晚張枱係我訂既,呢個奇怪嘅運作流程,真係要好好檢討一下🦾2⃣️ 劣質侍應😡點解話要改善呢,我哋一行六人,一坐低都好正常問我地係咪食大閘蟹宴,我話係,ok 。跟住我問係咪可以加$50換購一壺花綢酒,個侍應話係,不過你地六個人一壺唔夠分喎😅我一心只係想試吓乜嘢味道,主要今晚都已經諗好咗叫其他酒,我就答佢我地試吓架咋,一人飲少少,佢繼續追住黎😠一人一啖都冇喎,跟住我就唔同佢爭論,係直接叫佢一壼就ok喇😤

3⃣️ 黑色西裝係到位同值得稱讚☺️
我首先地叫咗一支白酒,佢問我地幾個飲,咁我就話六個啦,正常野,支酒黎到,問邊位試酒,我心諗呢啲粗野,試乜鬼丫,扮勁咩🤣我就話唔使喇,直接幫我地斟得喇☺️每人斟咗大概三份一杯到啦,支酒剩返唔到四份之一,佢好好咁同我地交代一聲支酒仲有少少,搵個冰筒幫我地雪起👍若果唔係呢間餐廳,又或者唔係呢D黑色西裝衫嘅人服務,我覺得佢哋係唔會為咗四份一支酒而提供一個冰筒😅或者直接斟埋落杯,收走埋個樽算數,呢個係一般正常既做法😜
4⃣️ Funny位
上每一道餸,上菜既不論普通侍應或者黑色西裝果D,唔知係部長,經理還是什麼,都會講出菜式既名既,呢個好正常丫😋唯獨有一味叫(蟹粉脆皮百花釀花膠)講到打晒click🤣花膠釀蝦膠🤣雖然演繹錯咗,但係全程帶親切友善既感覺就成件事好自然,亦冇反感👍

整體上地方環境係靚既,食物質數中高,又未至於去到話頂班果種,因為收費都好正常,所以交到功課就算🥰總括來說都有80分,不防試吓☺️
