To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

閨蜜日前光顧同層的中菜館時發現此法國餐廳,相約窩夫去吃飯,星期一晚上食客比預期,建議預先訂座。食品選擇不少,單是主菜已經超過十款。紅白酒有買一送一優惠,可惜窩夫與閨蜜都不飲酒。一人一碗焗法式地道古也芝士洋蔥湯($88),上桌時職員溫馨提示不要觸碰高溫的湯碗,湯亦非常熱,要小心燙口。洋蔥份量十足,基本上每一口湯都可以連洋蔥吃,洋蔥軟腍香甜,湯濃而不鹹,法包口感豐富,外層有點脆,加上鹹香的芝士,滋味無窮。焗香草蒜蓉大虎蝦($138)的蝦肉彈牙,蒜蓉跟蝦是絕配,味道無得輸。慢火煮紅酒和牛面肉配法包($288)加入不同顏色的車厘茄,賣相吸引。和牛面肉煮得軟腍,膠質豐富,牛肉味濃,很想用那紅酒汁來拌飯呢。和牛面肉有八九件之多,另一主菜點了素食絕對是一個英明的決定。香蒜牛肝菌意粉($158)很足料,牛肝菌嫩滑,意粉軟硬適中。甜品是酥皮蘋果批配雪糕($88),酥皮鬆脆,蘋果不是加糖煮至軟身那種,不甜不膩,一個人吃掉整個也沒有罪惡感,雪糕裡有果仁,令口感更豐富。
